Two installers, both branded
The brief
Generate the full installer (~150MB, bundled WebView2) AND the slim installer (~22MB, online bootstrap). Both should have a branded MUI Welcome page with your icon. Install both, uninstall both.
You've completed this when
- Full installer works on a machine with no internet
- Slim installer downloads + installs WebView2 if missing
- Both show the branded Welcome bitmap
